1. Booking & Retainer
A non-refundable booking retainer is required to confirm your date and lock your selected package price. Your date is only reserved once the retainer is received and a written agreement is signed by both parties.
2. Payment Schedule
The remaining balance is due in two milestones: a scheduled payment before the event date, and the final balance on delivery of your final assets, as set out in your booking agreement.
3. Rescheduling
We offer one complimentary reschedule, subject to team availability on the new date. Requests should be made in writing as early as possible. Rescheduling within 30 days of the original date may incur additional costs if the original team cannot be reallocated.
4. Cancellations
The booking retainer is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. See our Refund Policy for the full breakdown of amounts payable at each stage.
5. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary by package (30 days on Silver, priority on Gold, express on Platinum) and begin from the date of the event, subject to full payment of the final balance. Delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure) may extend these timelines.
6. Copyright & Usage
The Wedding Film retains copyright over all photographs and films produced. Clients receive a license for personal, non-commercial use (printing, sharing, social media). We may use footage for our own portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing — see our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
While we maintain backup equipment and redundant data storage on every shoot, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific package booked. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, extreme weather, or third-party vendor delays.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh having exclusive jurisdiction.
