Refund Policy

1. Booking Retainer

The initial booking retainer paid to confirm your date is non-refundable. This reflects the team, equipment, and calendar capacity we reserve exclusively for your wedding from the moment you book.

2. Cancellation Schedule

• More than 90 days before the event: retainer forfeited, remaining scheduled payments refunded in full.
• 30–90 days before the event: 50% of total package value payable/retained.
• Less than 30 days before the event: full package value payable/retained, as the team and dates cannot be reallocated on short notice.

3. Rescheduling in Lieu of Cancellation

Rather than cancelling, we encourage rescheduling — see our Terms & Conditions. One complimentary reschedule is offered, subject to availability, with no impact on amounts already paid.

4. Service Delivery Issues

If a deliverable materially fails to meet the scope agreed in your booking contract (for example, a contracted event was not covered), contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you in good faith on a partial refund or additional service credit proportionate to the shortfall.

5. Add-Ons

Add-on services (extra albums, additional hours, extra photographers) are refundable up to 15 days before the event if cancelled in writing; not refundable thereafter.

6. How to Request a Refund
